Tuesday, 9/1 - Team Interest Meeting 4:00pm-5:00pm @ Aztec Athletic Auditorium (Across from the ARC)

Tuesday, 9/1 - Tryouts @ Kroc Center 8:15 pm

Wednesday, 9/2 - Tryouts @ Kroc Center 8:30 pm

Friday, 9/4 - Tryouts @ Kroc Center 9:00 pm

ALL players are required to have a physical exam (MUST HAVE DOCTOR's Business card attached).

Requirements and Forms

Please understand that in order to be part of the team, players must meet ALL SDSU Sports Clubs and ACHA requirements.

• Download and complete the Pre-Participation Waiver Form (all players)
• New Athlete Sport Club Info Packet
• Returning Athlete Sport Club Info Packet
• Download and fill out DMV Driver Form
• Have a Doctor complete the Sports Physical Form.
• In addition copies of your Drivers License, Drivers Insurance, and Red ID Card must be included.
• Provide proof and maintain at least a 2.0 GPA ave, and be enrolled in at least 9 units @ SDSU.  All students will need to provide their class schedule and Grade Audit or Transcript prior to the first practice on Sept 6th.
• Have an ARC Membership.  Freshmen living on the dorms recieve an ARC Membership.

Please complete all of the attached paperwork and submit it to the team representative at the team interest meeting prior to try outs. All Forms and paperwork may also be sent to the provided address on our contact page or dropped off at the ARC in SDSU Ice Hockey's folder.

The cost per player for the whole season, including travel, hotels, practice and game times, will be $1500-$2000.

NOTE: New players must pay an additional $275 for jerseys, sock, warm-ups, etc.
